この交流会は、「様々な業界で活躍する先輩と率直な仕事のお話しをしてみたい、近い年代のOB・OGに悩みを相談したい」という学生のニーズから生まれたもので、各業界で活躍されている校友の皆様の協力を得て開催しています。
多忙なOB・OGの皆様に貴重なお時間を頂戴し、対話をさせていただくので、学生も参加費を支払い、真剣に「将来について、仕事について考える」ことができる方を応募条件としており、責任感のある学生が集まっているのが特徴です。
OB・OGの参加層は、２０代～４０代が9割となっており、若手OB・OGが中心となっているのが特徴です。この交流会を通して、若手OB・OG同士の新たなつながりが生まれています。
当会は、このたび、明治大学校友会２０２４年度代議員総会を経て正式に発足いたしました「紫紺会」制度に申請を完了いたしました。
